Somatic Relational Counselling for Individuals and Couples

When communication feels like a maze, let's find the way out together.

Beginning therapy is a brave step. My somatic-relational approach is designed to reduce the noise of conflict and help you reconnect with what truly matters: your safety, your voice, and your bond.

What to Expect in Our First Sessions

A Safe Container
Relational Mapping
Direct Feedback

We begin by creating a secure space where difficult truths can be spoken without the conversation collapsing. This isn't about passive listening; it's about active, regulated engagement.

We map the repeating patterns and 'dances' that leave you both exhausted. By naming these cycles, we shift the focus from blaming each other to addressing the dynamic itself.

Consistent with the RLT approach, I provide warm but direct feedback. We identify self-defeating behaviors and immediately practice new skills to restore connection and integrity.
